She has worked with individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, from mental health issues to poverty and homelessness. Her knowledge base in human resources has also helped several organizations build strong teams and achieve their business objectives. Her ability to get to know those with whom she works on a personal level, while maintaining professional boundaries not only make her successful, but those individuals and agencies as well.

In her spare time, Diamonica finds solace in spending quality time with her family. One of her favorite activities is watching the beautiful sunset at a local beach with her son, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. She developed Quality Cares, a community service program that believes in giving back to the community by 'Inspiring a Greater Tomorrow'.
