Diamonica Parker is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a background in social work, psychology, human services, and human resources. With her vast knowledge and expertise in these fields, she has helped countless individuals and organizations achieve their goals and overcome their challenges. Diamonica's passion for human services and psychology started at a young age, and she pursued her education in these fields with great enthusiasm. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and later went on to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resources Management.​

 

Over the course of her career, Ms. Parker has gained extensive experience in various settings, including rehabilitation centers, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. She has worked with individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, from mental health issues to poverty and homelessness. Her knowledge base in human resources has also helped several organizations build strong teams and achieve their business objectives. Her ability to get to know those with whom she works on a personal level, while maintaining professional boundaries not only make her successful, but those individuals and agencies as well.

 

 Diamonica is known for her warm and compassionate approach, as well as her ability to effectively communicate and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. She is dedicated to helping people overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project she takes on. With a passion for helping others and a dedication to making a positive impact, Diamonica is a true advocate for those in need, thus birthing Quality Service Solutions, LLC (QSS).  QSS provides individualized services to suit business and personal needs.

 

In her spare time, Diamonica finds solace in spending quality time with her family. One of her favorite activities is watching the beautiful sunset at a local beach with her son, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. This commitment to nurturing personal connections extends to her professional life as well, where she consistently goes above and beyond to support individuals and communities. She developed Quality Cares, a community service program that believes in giving back to the community by 'Inspiring a Greater Tomorrow'.

 

With her extensive background in human services and psychology, Diamonica possesses a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by individuals in various situations. Her empathetic approach allows her to build meaningful relationships with clients, providing them with the support and guidance they need to navigate through their unique circumstances. By getting to know every client and knowing that every interaction requires different levels of support, she is able to build the rapport required for successful business interactions. In addition to building that rapport, she believes in following up with clients and maintaining a business relationship that fosters future successes and business opportunities for all involved.
